One on one personal training with Jessica brings you attentive, creative and flexible programming tailored to your unique body, taking into consideration your injuries, contraindications and preferences.

Jessica will work with you in person at the beautiful Encore Fitness or at your home; she will also conduct virtual training sessions via video call.

Jessica’s programming is challenging, engaging and based in exercise science (she’s a huge nerd and loves to tell you EVERYTHING she knows). Her sessions are exciting, fun, and totally built around you.

She has a very friendly but no-nonsense style. She loves working with clients who are motivated, excited, and curious about pushing their limits and learning more about what their bodies can do.


In person session RATES - Encore fitness

Single Sessions: $140

5 Pack of Sessions: $650 ($130/ session; expires after 3 months)

All In Person Sessions are conducted at Encore Fitness. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, check or venmo. All sessions are 60 minutes long, and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.


remote Session RATES - FACETIME or ZOOM

Single Sessions: $120

5 Pack of Sessions: $550 ($110/ session; expires after 3 months)

Remote Sessions are conducted either through Facetime or Zoom. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, check or Venmo. All sessions are 60 minutes long, and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.


At home Session RATES (lIMITED AVAILABILITY) - at your place

Single Sessions: $175

5 Pack of Sessions: $800 ($160/ session; expires after 3 months)

At Home Sessions take place either in your apartment or in your building’s gym. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or venmo. All sessions are 60 minutes long, and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Will you just program me some workouts that i can do on my own?

Yes! Jess is pleased to offer written programming specific to you. After a discovery call, she will create personalized programming that is in line with all of your hopes/ dreams. Whether you’re itching for a 6 week workout block that you can repeat on a loop forever, or fresh new written workouts to challenge you each week, Jessica will work with you to make sure you have all the resources you need to crush your goals at the gym, in your apartment, or wherever you want to work out.

$30/ program

Materials include detailed warm up & cool down, number of reps/ duration of exercises, and glossary including written descriptions of exercises. Some video resources available on request.
